Agva is a recreation and tourism centre on the Asian side of Istanbul close to the province of Izmit. It is township of Sile and lies 40 Km to the north Agva lies on the Black Sea and in s delta situated between Goksu Stream and Agva stream. Its climate has charecterized by climates of The Black Sea, the Balkans and Anatolia.

Located in Sultanahmet Istanbul, we provide comfortable contemporary accommodation close to Sultanahmet Square together with splendid view of the Marmara Sea. First time to Istanbul ? Deniz Houses, formerly Deniz Konak Hotel, consisted of 2 buildings located in guite and central part of Sultanahmet with a walking distance to the city's major highlights. The buildings are only 20 meters away from each other and both contain private ensuite rooms with same type of facilities. All rooms have parquet (hardwood) flooring and showers and are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, double glazed windows, mini bar, hair dryer, TV, telephone by your bed side. Some rooms look over The Sea of Marmara and the others over a nice and quiet street. The hotel is run by the same management, so you should just chose the room type you prefer and you will be guested in the most suitable hotel section available at the date of your stay. Naz Wooden House is a small attractive hotel in the heart of old Istanbul.You will feel yourself directly in touch with all that history as soon as you step inside the tiny Naz Wooden House Inn which was built right up against a stretch of Byzantine wall. Incorporated into the hotel’s decoration, this creates a very nice atmosphere.
